Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of receiving the package to return your products.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You can send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to the email address info@mayerorganics.com, requesting the withdrawal form from Customer Care, and then follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email to complete the procedure. At the end of the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form to be included in the box and instructions on how to proceed with the product return. Include the completed return form in the box along with the product(s) to be returned. The products must be returned in the same condition as you received them, meaning in perfect conservation, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging, any attached manuals, labels, and tags still attached to the product. Prepare the box by affixing the sheet with the address of our warehouse on the outside.

Please note that the right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases described in Article 59 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), particularly in the case of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and have been opened after delivery. To authorize the return for withdrawal of products that meet these requirements, especially cosmetic products, they must be returned intact, meaning unused and unopened.
The return of items to F.A.MAYER must be made without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day the request for withdrawal was made. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the expiration of the 14-day period. For security, always keep the shipping receipt.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
In the case of a return for withdrawal, the shipping costs for returning the products are the responsibility of the customer. The return will be under the responsibility of the customer until the box is delivered to our warehouse.

DAMAGED PRODUCT:
In the case of a return due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, the shipping costs are borne by us. We will refund the value of the purchased products as well as the amount related to the logistic expenses incurred for the delivery of the order if the returned product was the only one in the order. In addition, no transportation charges will be deducted for the return.
REFUND
The return will be processed within 14 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. The timelines may vary due to transport delays in case of holidays or force majeure, nevertheless, we want to assure you that we will always strive to minimize these changes as much as possible. We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the item only after conducting the necessary quality checks or verifying, in the case of a defect return, the actual non-compliance declared by the customer. All payments made for the returned items will be refunded, including the delivery costs if the buyer decides to use the courier proposed by the Seller, provided that any decrease in the value of the goods will be charged, in which case only the residual value of the product will be refunded. The refund process takes approximately 14 days from the date of the article’s check. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY
In the case of defects and/or non-compliance, you have the right to have the product’s conformity restored through repair or replacement, or alternative remedies as expressly provided by Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective, or incorrect product, you can request repair, replacement, or a refund for the item. Under the provisions of Directive 771/2019/EC and the Consumer Code, the products you purchased are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, which covers conformity defects for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of delivery, with the understanding that any action to enforce these conformity defects is time-barred in any case within twenty-six months from the date of delivery.
To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph – “Return Request” – specifying “Damaged, Non-compliant, or Incorrect Product” as the reason and attach one or more images clearly showing the defect in question.
Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form and all the instructions for shipping.
The authorization to return the product does not constitute recognition of non-compliance, which will be ascertained by us subsequently upon receipt of the return.
We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the defective item only after conducting the necessary quality checks to verify the actual non-compliance of the returned product. If the non-compliance of the product is confirmed, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, etc.) or via bank transfer.
